1st Class Cladding & Building Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a family-run building contractor based at 57 Malvern Road, Grays, RM17 5TH. We are the data controller responsible for any personal data you share with us. Our day-to-day data protection contact is the company owner, who can be reached using the contact details at the end of this policy.

When you enquire via our contact form, by phone or by email, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, project postcode and any details you give us about the work you want carried out. We do not collect payment card data through this website.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site survey, issue a written quote, and — if you become a client — manage your project and aftercare. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We process your data under "legitimate interests" (responding to enquiries you initiated) and, where you become a client, "performance of a contract".

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact. Client project records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and statutory warranty obligations.
