How a typical enquiry runs
From first phone call to keys-back, here's exactly what to expect
- 1. Phone or form enquiry. Call 01375 802765 or use the contact form. We aim to respond inside 24 hours, every working day. You'll speak to Billy or Tommy directly — not a call centre.
- 2. Free site survey. We come to you, look at the property, measure up, talk through the brief, and flag anything that needs an architect, structural engineer or planning consent before we quote.
- 3. Fixed written quote inside 24 hours. Itemised, clear, broken down. We'll explain anything that doesn't make sense and adjust the spec if the budget needs shaping.
- 4. Contract and deposit. Everything in writing before a penny changes hands. Stage payments tied to clearly defined milestones — never paid up-front for work that hasn't happened.
- 5. Build phase. One project at a time where possible, swept clean at the end of every day, with regular WhatsApp updates and photos from site so you always know where things are.
- 6. Sign-off and aftercare. Building control sign-off, snagging walk-round, completion paperwork and your written workmanship guarantee. We pick up the phone afterwards too.
